9. Headaches, fatigue and general weakness
It is a major role that kidneys play in the human body. Kidneys are first responsible for blood circulation. With the smooth functioning of the kidneys, smooth and effective circulation of blood is guaranteed. Thus, vitamin D is converted to build strong bones and Erythropoietin is produced. The latter is the main hormone responsible for the production of reds cells which carry oxygen and distribute it onto the different muscles of the body and the brain as well.
If the kidneys do not function properly, no vitamin D is converted. Then less Erythropoietin is produced and as a result, there is a shortage in their cell. This would lead to a continuous feeling of fatigue, headaches, and pain in various parts of the body with no visible symptoms.
Important notice: A visit to the doctor is highly recommended if there are feelings of tiredness, weakness or very low energy. Unwanted heavy movement of the body is a sign there is something wrong with the functioning of the kidney especially if people have enough rest and sleep. It requires immediate action. Commonly known, most people who suffer a chronic kidney disease also suffer from anemia, it should not be confused with the symptom mentioned above.
